LifeForce Yoga is a comapssionate approach to relieveing depression and alleviating anxiety. Learn how to manage your mood, beat the blues and calm anxiety using proven yogic techniques. This workshop will focus on pranayama and kriya (cleansing breathing techniques), simple yoga postures, yoga nidra (relaxing meditative self-inquiry) and guided meditations.
Take home practical tools to enhance your daily practice and improve your overall wellbeing.
