The Yoga for HepC is an introductory workshop. Folks can come and discover powerful yoga techniques for letting go of judgment, and connect in a small group.

Through practical work, students will find comfort in stretching and twisting, which helps to change self-perception and enhance self-awareness, as well as provide a gentle internal massage. This learning is simple enough to take home and continue as a reguar gentle yoga practice.
