Hello everyone, Tanya Crowder here :)

I am excited to offer a package deal of private or semi-private yoga sessions for the holiday season. As a dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and yoga instructor, I have a natural curiosity about the body. This experience has developed into an inherent wealth of knowledge regarding alignment and deep physical practice.

We will use collage to learn about the self healing principles of Nia and then practice these principles in a full length Nia class!
