8 Gentle Ways to Enhance Your Experience:

1. It is much more comfortable to practice yoga on an empty stomach!

2. If you have heath issues or concerns, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor before the class begins. Remember, every pose or class practice is NOT suitable for all of us all the time.

3. Let go of competition. Come to yoga as a place to get to know your body, and focus on the feelings that arise in your body and mind as you practice without clinging to them. It is our hope that this calms the mind, opens the heart, and grounds the spirit.

Yoga Studio Etiquette

RESPECTING THE PRACTICE SPACE:

o  Remove your shoes upon entry; we practice barefoot.

o  Don't bring your mobile phone into this space; if you must, keep it turned off and out of sight.

o  Arrive a few minutes early to change and get settled. The door is locked when class is in session.

o  Please bring a mat if you have one.

o  Questions are always welcome, but should not disrupt the flow of class. If possible, make personal or lengthy inquiries with instructors before or after class practice.
